Order by Telephone: Our telephone order center is open from 9 am until 5 pm Central Standard Time. In the US and
Canada, use our toll free number 1-877-275-7613.
Order by Mail: You may print out your order form (shopping cart) and send it with a check or money order. The
check or money order must in U. S. dollars be drawn on a U. S. bank. If paying by check, please allow 14 business days for your
order to ship. Paying by check slows down your order since we don't ship until your funds clear. Money Orders will ship without delay.

We may extend credit terms to businesses, government agencies, school districts, hospitals, medical clinics and
