You also may place an order by:
- Telephone: Our telephone order center is open from 9 am until 5 pm Central Standard Time, Monday - Friday. In the US and
Canada, use our toll free number 1-877-275-7613.
- Fax: Print out your order form, add your credit card information and fax to 1-817-275-7613.
- Mail: You may print out your order form and send it with a check or money order. The
check or money order must in US dollars be drawn on a US bank. If paying by check, please allow 14 business days for your
order to ship. Paying by check slows down your order since we don't ship until your funds clear. Money Orders will ship without delay.
Orders placed after 2pm CST will be processed next day.

We may extend credit terms to businesses, government agencies, school districts, hospitals, medical clinics and
other established institutions. To request a credit application, please send an email to
