Health Home Test currently ships products only within the United States. We ship via US Postal Service, both standard first class mail (4-8 business days), priority mail (2-4 business days). For overnight service, we ship Federal Express (next business day) or UPS. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take a little longer than in the continental US. Charges are subject to change. Please note that UPS and Federal Express do not deliver to Post Office boxes.
- USPS First Class (4-8 days): 3.95, FREE for purchases over $30.00
- Priority (2-4 days): $6.95
- UPS Ground (4-5 day): $7.95
- UPS Next Day: $31.95
Orders placed after 2pm CST will be processed next day.
Returns
Within 15 days of delivery of your order, you may return any item shipped by Health Home Test
for a full credit or refund under any of the following circumstances:
- Item is in new condition including original packaging and accessories
- Item was received damaged or defective
- Incorrect item was shipped
We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Health Home Test.
We will also provide free return if your return is the result of our error.
If your return is not the result of our error, the costs associated with your return and a 20% restocking
fee will be deducted from the amount of the credit or refund. Health Home Test is currently unable to accept
returns of opened items, or items returned more than 15 days after delivery. The cost of return is the

Health Home Test will notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can
expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 15 days of our receiving your return.

with details about your complaint. We will contact the manufacturer with your complaint and email you instructions.
Please note that refunds for product dissatisfaction are the sole responsibility of the product manufacturer.
